Hi

I have a 46 gallon tank with an Eheim 2213 filter. All seems to be working fine
I was wondering if it would be overkill if I added one of thise filters with the turning wheel...like a Penguin filter

I hear they are great for keeping water ckean and adding oxtgen to the tank as the wheel is constantly turning and picking up oxygen

I don't know too much about these, so any help would be appreciated

Thanks

penguin filters... first off they are good for oxygenation with a cost..it makes constant spashing noises. the biowheel may stop but can be fixed. the cartridge can be cloged which then can stop the biowheel, this can be fixed by washing the cartrdge in used tank water.
