Filter

I've got 2 betta tanks, a 21l with 1 betta in (with no filter, just doing regular water changes) and a 45l with a betta and some endlers.
The filter in the 45l is only small but too powerful and the current is too much for the betta. I'd like to put a filter in the 21l aswell.
Which filter does everyone use in their betta tanks?

Personally I use fluval, they do various models that cater for many tanks!

I use the Tom mini internal filter, it works well in my tank

Theres a variety of smaller filters, also sponge filters..

I use a sponge filter in one of mine
A filter i have no idea what its called (internal filter)
And a interpet pf3 in the other

So, have you tried. Baffling it or not, the filter probably just needs to be baffled I can post a link to a good way to baffle a filter if you want

I've got a mini filter that I've baffled with a plastic bottle but the poor fish are still being thrown around the tank. Think I might try a sponge filter.

I've got a fluval mini in one tank and a sponge filter in another. The sponge one has worked out the best by far. I've put it quite high up in the tank so Pluto has decided the sponge is a rather convenient place to sleep

i just turned my pf3 down and redirected the current to hit the wall it works great
