why do folk persist in this "Id rather get the REAL stuff from a fish shop ?" the alternatives are EXACTLY THE SAME, no doubt comes from the same factories.... and where do you think the shops get there non packaged stuff ? From the dead expensive proper fish stuff warehouse ? Or the cheaper "we'll make a killing on this" alternative ?
I give up ....this is a DIY forum ####, if you cannot bear the idea of DOING IT YOUSELF then why come here ?
hi m8 this wasnt the reason for giving an alternative and i didnt mean that the stuff u get from anywhere else is different but as quoted some where above if i remeber rite it would cost a couple quid for say wot 1 meter well ebay sell 10 meters for 10-12 so doesnt this make it cheaper in the long run and also it claimed 2 be pond filter wool .... so not only does it state its for aquarim/pond use its also alot cheaper
so why make such a comment if wot ive suggested is cheaper than the alternative and yes it may well be the diy section but even the comment u made doesnt make sense if my option is cheaper lol even diy enhuatsts would want everythink as cheap as poss..... so plz try not make such negative comments just for the sake of it jen
