Filter Question

Hi,my new tank has arrived and it came with a FLMAX-350L/H (HY301) I think its supposed to fit into the hood of the tank, what filter sponge should i use. I have a mature fiter to run along side it, I have never seen a filter like this and it doesnt have instructions. I hope some 1 can help quick as im going to the LFS tomorrow for new gravel and filter media

I don't know what brand of filter that is, sometimes if you go to google and search for it you may find a owners manual. I sometimes just try typing www.(what ever brand name here).com

Is there a phone number or anything that your tank came from? Maybe check where you bought it from. I wish you luck...i know that this must be frustrating, to finally get ur tank and no instructions

Hi I have just spoke to someone and they said it was a trickle filter, does anyone know what filter sponge I should use?
