hi I need help badly and quickly please, I have Just bought a Eheim Professional 3 external filter and I can’t get it flowing, I have tried every way I could possibly do or that I have read about and I just can’t get it running

You could submerge your intake hose in the tank with the tap open, letting all of the air flush out. Then close the valve (if it has one) or put your thumb over the end, then connect to your filter. Make sure the other end is still submerged, and make sure your filter is lower than the tank. Gravity should do the rest.

Is your input hose nice and stright without any dips, it should be as short as possible.

Might try putting the discharge hose in a bucket.

My primmer broke on my sunsun, I used a power head to get it started.
