Filter Media

what filter media would you use in thse two filter running on one 185 litre mbuna tank.

eheim ecco 2232 (2 trays)
eheim pro 2 (2 trays)

i was going to use
eheim ecco

1st tray
full of ceramic rings/media

2nd tray
coarse pad
fine pad
a pad of polyfilter.

eheim pro
1st tray
ceramic rings/media with a handfull of crused coral

2ndtray
1 corse pad
2 fine pad
1 polyfilter pad

does this sound goood? or what would you change?
