One of my ghost shrimp got stuck on the intake last night and I turned off the filter to get him off. This was just before I went to bed. This a.m. he (or a different one maybe) was on there again. He's not dead but I don't think he's going to make it. :( This is a penguin 125 power filter. Is there something I can do to regulate the intake like something to plug in between the filter cord and outlet? Or is there something else I can do? I don't want to lose anymore shrimp.

i had the same problem with my canister sucking in the bits of plant the tinfoil pulled off and totaly blocking it, try getting a piece of sponge like ppl use to make filters and put a piece of this over the inlet so it dispurses the flow better
