hi ,does anyone know of a place online where you can buy sheets of filter foam that you can cut to size? Im not after poly pads im after course filter media.

You don't even state which continent you are on, let alone country. There are several places I can buy open cell foam from, but I doubt any of them would be of use to you!

UK mate - im after a online shop so it dosent matter about delivery

Consider looking up some online marine shops in the UK... We marine aquarists tend to use larger foam pads more often than our freshwater counterparts

It does if you were thinking of paying the delivery charges from Scandinavia where I am, costs a fortune.
