It's not the best filter you could find, but it'll do.

Generally you want 5x tank volume per hour in turnover, and this would only give you 4. If you have live plants in your tank it's often recommended that you have 10x tank volume turnover. It's also the case that many filters don't achieve the turnover advertised.

It's not a bad filter, but for a tank your size you might like to go for something a little more powerful.
