Mine hunt for their live food every day in the form of glass shrimp and snails. They even hunt down bloodworm
Talking about hunting bloodworms, I had a funny encounter. While I was cleaning the tank a couple of months after I first have my the F8s, one of my F8s nipped on my arm. Not knowing the temperament of F8s too well and knowing they have teeth, I got spooked and jump away from the tank. I scared the hell out of the F8 and it hide behind two Mangrove pods for almost half any hour. It turned out the F8 wasn't trying to bit me at all but was sucking on a hair on my arm thinking I'm feeding it bloodworms. Too bad all of the LFS close to me don't have them anymore. Second thought, in a sense it is good that they don't carry them anymore. A lot of people don't know how to keep them correctly and I've seen too many F8s and GSPs wasting away at fish stores.
