fighting tail rot

ok me and my only female betta (sushi) have been fighting tailrot for about a month now and taking the risk of getting chewed out i cut her tail and i am medicating he with myrcyn 2 (sp?) and i think i see her tail coming back a little at a time hope she pulls through

Thats sounds fine the maracyn two, you could try some salts baths that will speed things up, how often do you maintain the bowl it's kept in.
