I've got a pair of green terror that stopped the breeding 'dances' until few month back, the male would always twitch/rock bite ect & the female would hide out in the cave and not let the male in - this happened a good 4 times over about 2-3month.

Just recently (possibly even today), the male & female are locking lips once they release the male will twitch away again &
i've seen the female kind of swim away from the male whilst doing a funny little movement with her tail fin.

The female will also chase off (but not attack) everything apart from the male.

It all looks like breeding from my end but i just wanted to see what you guys thought :good:

Sounds like getting ready to spawn. But the female always swims away? They should be together most of the time. Do they read off area of rock or anything? Because cleaning an area is a sure sing.

Thnx for the reply :good:

I wouldn't say it was swimming 'away' from him as she'll always stay in there area,
she just kind of shows off as she will twitch ect.

During the lip locking ect they was constantly together yeah.
Not really seen them hanging around an area to lay though.

It's all settled down now & all 3 GTs are back to following
each other like a group of cory or something, i'll just have to keep the hawk eye on them for now i guess lol.
