Few Coral Questions!

Grrr was hoping these would arrive tomororw BUT, after waiting all day for the guy to send me an invoice with the combined postage on (postage is 9.99 for up to 5 frags) He's finally sent it this evening, with free postage on the 2nd frag, but changed the postage of the 1st frag to 19.98, the cheeky $*/*!!!
So now I have to wait for him to amend it OR tell him where to go if he wont!

that's unbelievable (feel bad for showing that link to you now) the cheeky bar steward. maybe if you were to mention that you are very unhappy and a regular user of a forum with over 300 members and feel that you may just have to let people know how you feel he might be pretty obliging...... but state facts, just dont slag them off

Ive just sent them an email atm, politing pointing out that I think they may have made a mistake on the invoice and asked them to ammend it.. so i'll see what they say to that, and hope it really was just a mistake and it all goes smoothly from here!

i dont like rip off merchants lewis........POWER TO THE PEOPLE i work in retail at the moment and know our managers hate bad publicity and will do anything to avoid it even when the customer is wrong they will try to placate them at any cost within reason, i've seen instances where they will even refund some people hundreds of pounds to stop a complaint. and he does advertise that postage upto 5 frags is £9.99

Well, they have sent a new invoice with corrected postage on it, so thats all good.. Though there was no apology or anything with it, which I'd have liked to have seen tbh!

My gosh, I would strongly advise against anyone buying from this place online! I've now had to open resolution cases with ebay! He told me on Sunday that they would be sent out on monday, for a tuesday delivery, and that he would email me to confirm they had been sent.... Not heard a single thing from him since, and suprise suprise, no corals either!! He's ignoring emails too. I would phone him and try and sort it that way, but tbh, the guy is a tw@ and I'd rather take my money elsewhere, not spend more on phone calls!! He knew I needed delivery by today as I'm not available for the next week to wait in for couriers!!

Not really, he only had one negative feedback, which was last month, someone saying goods didn't arrive after being told twice they were sent, and ive just checked again and he now has another negative saying 'scrappy bits' I'm guessing they weren't happy with the condition! All the other feedback says how great he is, he's even had several positives during the time I've been waiting!!

Aww thank you! I'm just hoping he's reasonable about givine a refund now!
