Fertilizer For Plants?

My plants aren't great they're start melting and i think they need fertilizer. I need the fertilizer that works well for the plants in my guppies tank and WILL NOT effect the fish. Please help me to pick a good brand

Before wasting money first identify what is causing your plants to die...not enough light, water parameters not tailored to the plant...etc.

My guess is that you have chosen advanced plants which are more needy than others.

For a fert I would recommend TNC Complete (Google it)

Some plants are grown emersed and "melt" there leaves when they are submersed, but the leaves will grow back if this is the case

I have few different plants and most of them are start melting, even the easy guppy grass. The hornwort is still good condition. I have the same lighting/plants for months but i don't know why it just happens a week ago. I test the water
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0.25
Nitrate = 0
pH = 7.6

Nitrate = 0 is not good?
