I'm sorry to say but your 'tank' doesn't look suitable for fish....guppies need lots of space for swimming and lots of plants to feel safe enough to have babies. It appears you have 3 males to 1 female which unfortunately is a terrible ratio, in fact it should be one male to 2 females. The reason being the males will hound the female and she'll never be able to escape for a break...this could stress her and eventually she could die
Maybe consider rehousing them in something like a 60l tank with lots of plant coverage and getting a few more females. If they feel safe and happy they will breed for sure!
