I bought 6 females from my local pet store hoping too breed them with my two males an when I got home I noticed a baby in the bag so I figured one of them where having baby's but later saw that they all have what looks like a gravid spot I canst really tell cause they are all dark at the tail end I have a few pics, also I had to separate them all cause have a rainbow skirt tetra that keeps nipping at the breeder box so I don't want them too have there baby around my tetra please help tho thx

The 'gravid spot' is of no use when it comes to knowing if female guppies are pregnant (it's normally just their gut).

They probably are all pregnant anyway, most pet shop guppies are.

What exactly do you need help with?

well I just needed help knowing if there al pregnant or not I'm having a hard time tellin though cause of there black color but I don't know if the picture I tried too put went up

As female Guppies usually become sexually mature at about 6/7 weeks old and usually kept with males (as FM pointed out ) they will be gravid. Once impregnated they store sperm in there bodies so don't need to be kept with males to have more fry in the future usually every 5/6 weeks. Hope this helps.
I don't bother separating the females I leave them and let nature do it's thing. Survival of the fittest, any deformed fry may not survive and healthy fry will.
