Female Gourami fin

Hi Guys,

As you can see in the pictures my female gourami has this white whole in her fin. It seems to be bigger now. Do you know what is it and what should I do? Many thanks

Looks like some sort of bacterial infection. @Colin_T is good with these types of things so hopefully he will help.
