Bought a pair of blue rams a couple of weeks ago from the LFS,female looked a bit thin but I thought I could feed her up,she seemed ok for a couple of days then she came out in whitespot not a lot 5/6 spots on her body treating the tank with esha exit, the spots seemed to have cleared up but despite eating, bloodworm mostly ,she still remains very thin, sits at the back of the tank near the surface still one of the first fish to the food but does not look well, could it be a secondary infection bought on by the, ich not sure how long she,s gonna last, not like the male who went on hunger strike for about 4 days but is now looking and feeding great any ideas anyone?

Tank temperature? Do you have a sand substrate? PH, GH and KH?
Ive upped the temp ,to 80 deg to try and speed up the ich cycle ph 7.4 gh 6 no test kit for kh yet,the instructions with the esha exit remedy say to dose for three days[last dose today] does this seem long enough to you? sand substrate

Well your temperature for Blue Rams should be 28-32[sup]o[/sup]C, when kept at lower temperatures they're susceptible to disease, lower temperatures can also slow their metabolism and suppress. Their immune system your PH and GH look okay, not sure about treating as I've never had to treat for a disease.

Thanks for the reply standby, but it might be too late for the little lady hav,nt seen her since early this morn and she didnt look too good, the male is looking fine eating well
