Female bettas in 25 litre?

I think this question was asked earlier today, but...
a. female bettas often don't get along unless in large groups like 6 or more as this will help divide the agression they usually display towards each other more evenly, but a 5-6gallon tank is too small for 6 or more females and wouldn't give any sufficient hiding space for any that get picked on.
b. You could divide the tank up into 2 sections on the other hand and have 1 female in each section living happily like that.
c. i've noticed your male betta(presuming it is male) is in a fairly large community tank and he would much appreiciate being in his own tank- if you want more bettas i'd divide the 5/6gallon tank up into 2 sections and have a male in each section or one male in one section and a female in the other or just have him on his own and replace his space in the community tank with a female betta as females fit much better into community setups than males etc.

You could *technically* try 4 females in there together and hope you get some very passive girls. You'd have to plant it pretty heavily and give them plenty of hidey spots. I started out with 4 girls in my 10G tank and they got along just beautifully. then I upgraded to 5, then to 6. Now I'm maxed out in there at 6. Luckily everyone has come to get along again.

I probably would be leary to give the 4 girls in that tank a try, though, because usually that doesn't give you enough to spread out the aggression very well.
