female betta question

so i want 2 get 4 female bettas tommoro. i want to keep them in a really big big decrative bowl, like the ones that flowers go in. what size should i get, like the # of gallons? or would it be better 2 get another tank?

For smaller containers I like to give my bettas 1.5 to 2 gallons, but I think that 1 gallon is the minimum tey recomend. The advantage of having a tank though, is that once its fully cycled you wont have to do water changes quite as often.

I'd say a bare minimum of 4 gallons, whatever they go in.

if you are thinking of putting more than one female in a bowl i would reconsider, they will fight for sure.

Personally, I woudn't put 4 together in anything smaller than a 10

They will no doubt kill eachother in a 1g, female bettas mais not be as aggressive as the males but they definitely are not docile. go for a 10g tank with hiding places
