ok so i was wondering if my bristlenose pleco can eat apples and may you suddgest other things he would like

and i want some info for my regular fish and give me a list of veggies and other things i could feed them

You can try all these things;

slices of apple
melon rinds
sweet potato
broccoli stalks (split and lightly cooked)
peas (lightly cooked and the halves squeezed from the 'shell')
lettuce (a good green one, like cos; blanched)
spinach (blanched)
courgette (might need to blanch that; depends on your fish, but try it raw first)
cucumber (but there's very little nutrition in it, it's so watery, so don't rely on that as a staple)

Stick something in the veggies to get them to sink; I use a stainless steel teaspoon. The peas will sink on their own.

ok i do use peas but i will try apples dont they have alot of nutrence

+1

Variety is the spice of life, the more different suitable things we can feed our fish, the more can that we cover all their essential nutrients.

Mine won't eat apple, pears, sweet potatoes, not mad about peas and didn't show much interest in the blanched spinach either so it depends on the pleco I guess.
Additionally to the above list, romain lettuce(fresh) and mango are one of the my pleco's favourites, along with cucumber and melon. They never delay finishing any of them.
I hate putting blanched veg in general besides peas and broccoli stalks because they deteriorate very quickly. Bananas made a mess too :)
