i feed every day

vegetable flake
vegetable (pea or cucumber)
live bloodworm
wafers

i obviously rotate what i feed :)

i feed tetra marine granuals every other day or if my fish look really hungry

Every other day:

1 block of frozen Red Mosquito Larvae / brine shrimp (alternated each day)

On the alternate day:

Tetramin crisps

Occasionally cucumber.

I might try peas / lettuce if thats popular with some fish.

Do you use raw or cooked peas? I guess there's no such thing as cooked foods in nature so raw must be ok?

twice per day.

First, a pinch of Hikari Marine S pellet food out of an autofeeder

Second, my own mix of mysis/spirulina brine/krill/bloodworm/roe/formula 1 seasoned with a few vitamins, selcon/garlic/etc

IIRC it is not a good idea to feed fish land based veg - or anything else not specifically designed for marine animals or found naturally

I will see if I can find the article I read but it was a while ago

Mysis shrimp
Brine shrimp
Krill
Muscle
Cockle
Squid

All in a food processor with phytoplankton and coral food (salifert) blended to a thick lumpy paste and into small ice cube trays.

Feed 2 times 11.00am and 3.00pm from autofeeder with Pellet, Flake and Crisp.

7.00pm i cube of home brew 2/3 for main tank 1/3 to seahorse tank.

10.00pm sheet of Nori

I have fat fish!

you sure thats not over feeding anyway im intrested about that oaste thing could you go thorugh it i might give it go if you dont mind

Step one . get you ingrediance together you'll need.

1 x frozen pack of Mysis
1 x frozen pack of Krill
1 x frozen pack of Muscel
1 x Raw squid
6 raw cockels
1 x small bottel of Coral food
1 x small bottel of phytoplakton.

Step two make sure your mum/wife/girlfriend is out and grab the blender quich put all but the coral food and phyto in and blitz on pulse or ice crush setting into a thick mush. into a glass and 50/50 of coral food/phyto. then but blened on full and slowley add the liquid mix untill you have a paste.

Step three devide into small medium or large icecube trays/tupperware and freeze.

Done!

Dont know if any of you have this at your lfs but mine has a sigle frozen pack of cubes but each row has four differnet frozen food, i.e one cube of brineshrimp, one mixed "cocktail", one seeweed and one squid. I have also seen simular but with krill. This way you just simply feed a different block each night and they get the variety with the "bulk" purchases.
