My little Ancistrus (not much under 2") I'm assuming that he is a male since he has more bristles than Alan Sugar, anyways more to the point, i've tryed feeding my plec so many different things ; frozen brineshrimp, algae pellets, flakefood, cucumber, apple, carrot and today frozen bloodworm I even went to the trouble of turning the filter off and dropping the bloodworm on his head but he was having none of it, is there anyway I can get him to eat these? I want to be confident that he is eating, I get to see my Black Widows eating and they are getting quite fat now so I may have to cut back :)

feed after dark ;)

they are nocternal by nature.

after a while they will get the taste and come out when food is in there.

if your feeing a lot - they will be plenty for them to scavange when lights go out so they wont need to 'risk' coming out in the light.
