Feeding routines?

Interested as to what/how much/when you feed.

I feed frozen mostly, brine shrimp/musscle/marine cusine mix, usually every day, but i give them a day break now and again. I usualy also give them a small amount of aquarian (brand name, not a spelling mistake) marine flake every couple of days.

The fish and corals seem to be thriving on this, any probs you can see? (my FW love the leftovers)

Carnivores get a good feed every second day - various shrimp/mussel/fishmeat/squid etc (frozen), plus mysis or similar for the omnivores.
Herbivores/Omnivores get an algae rich pellet food on the other days plus algae sheets fairly regularly.

I agree, it is a good idea to have a day off, probably once a week, for most common fish.
