i have glass catfish in my community aquarium and have just read up on that they need to be fed on live/frozen foods regulary, they seem to take any food i put into the tank and are always the first to shoot to the top of the tank when i add flake. i also use tablets which they somtimes rob off the corys and also red granular food anyways my question is how often should i feed them live/frozen foods?

this is a link of the glass catfish i have..

I generally feed live foods (predominantly frozen) once per week. For the average fish, that is a good guide, I think. It is also good to not feed at all on one day per week.

I had these in my old juwel tank. Only ever came out when food was around! I used to feed blood worm once a week and the rest of the week they just ate the flakes i put in for the rest of the tank.

Mine eat Tetra Prima. They just sort of hovver in their spot and nab the crumbs as they sink past them.
And they get live food about 1x a week.
