Feeding Fry

Hi i have a 23 litre Fluval Edge and i have one molly fry, im just wonderings what the best method to feed it? and what should i feed it on, its about 3 -4 weeks old, its the only fish in the tank, currently im just adding very small tropical fish food flakes in twice a day, is this ok?

Crushed up flake is fine, you can also get fry food called liquifry, make sure its the livebearers one though. As its only one fry I'd be feeding a very small ammount.

DIY brine shrimp is fantastic, all my fry love it and grow fast
