Feeding Fry

when getting some frozen bloodworm from my new local place, the lady who runs it showed me a frozen food she was told by her retailer is an excelent first food for fry. its micro plankton. it says on the leaflet she got that its for marine corals and anamones but she is yold its an excelent food for fry as well. anyone any experiance? i bought a pack anyway, its a pale green in colour but i havent melted any down to look at it yet.

how should i feed it? thaw a bit out and distabute using a pipette?
