Feather Fin Cat W/cichlids?

I have a 4" or 5" feather fin and I was wondering if he would be okay in a cichlid tank. he's currently in my community tank, and can stay there if not. I have mixed cichlids african and new w, all are pretty small at the moment. (3-5inchs)

I moved my fully grown featherfin from my community tank to my malawi set up and he fits in perfectly.
