What's odd is the music I usually listen to, like no use for a name, nofx, converge, pig destroyer, etc, I don't like playing on bass. Playing wise, I much prefer jazz, funk, hip hop, etc.

Some faves to play:
jamiroqui - deeper underground
red hot chilli peppers cover of higher ground.

I find the punk and metal stuff bores me.

• some British Hip Hop (HKB FiNN, Ty, Roots Manuva)
• some Indie (Elbow, Delphic, Kasabian, Gomez, Bloc Party etc)
• some Metal (Alice in chains, Metallica, Soundgarden, The Dead Weather etc)
• odds and sods (Buena Vista Social Club, Nuyorican Soul, Brenda Fassie, and dare I say it even a bit of Chaka Khan when in the right mood )
