Favorite scavenger

Couldn't help but notice that you said your tank is 20litres... did you really mean to say 20 gallons? If not, it seems to me that you've already got platies, swords, and a betta in a 5 gallon tank. If this is true, I'd say you definitely don't have room for any kind of pleco; you don't even really have room for a few cories. If your tank is well established and seems fairly stable (hard to achieve with that many fish in such a small tank), you could probably add 3 otos.

Corys thrive on a diet of live or frozen bloodworms (or tubiflex), spirulina disks, and the flake foods that the other fish drop. It is not a good idea to overfeed the other fish in the hopes the corys will clean it up, It's better to feed them carefully and feed the corys food that will sink to the bottom for them. :D
 
Aquanut - No, sorry, that was supposed to stand for a 20 gallon "long" tank. My mistake, I should have clarified.
