To me the Molly in your pic is a female as can see any boy parts

In this pic of yours pardon me for pinching it but easiest way to show you

The male is on the left you can clearly see his boy parts and the female on the right as can see a more triangular fin underneath by her bottom

Please excuse me as I'm terrible with technical names as I have a terrible memory lol

Well she looks pregnant to me compared to the other fish but I would wait until you can start to see the gravid spot. (Wich are the babies eyes!) If you dont see it I wouldnt put her in the tank but I would suggest having live plants in your normal tank so if she does have fry then they will be able to hide. It may stress it out being in the breeding trap but it is up to you.

I cant really tell properly but there is a good chance that it is a female.

I don't think you'll see eyes considering the colouring of the fish, but I hope you do know they can abort the fry if kept in a breeder trap and even die from stress. Longer than a day there is hell for them.

It is not hell because my guppy has been happy in a breeding trap for a week!

That is a female because I have had a closer look at it. You may want to cover the filter with something to prevent the fry getting sucked into the filter

not ready to come out yet and the females can hold the babies for 2 weeks and shes definitly pregnant thought so wait it out

You could try covering the filter with a old but clean pair of opaque tights.
