Fat Angelfish With A Weird Lump

So one of my Angelfish got this weird lump on its anus, which was weird enough but didn't seem to have affected its behaviour or eating habits. Today it has a very fat bloated belly, and I'm looking for some assistance identifying what the problem may be.

A few days ago it was just this lump (for some reason it uploaded upside down, sorry I'll try and do something about this in an edit):

 
And now looking rather fat and swollen (once again, it doesn't seem to orient correctly):

that is it's breeding tube - by the looks of it (even though it's upside down) you have a female ready to lay eggs ... the swollen belly would also point to a female full of eggs

I was rather hoping that's what was going on but I'd read contradictory reports on the subject.

I'll see how she gets on over the next few days

eek omega59 ... that looks more like a tumor than a breeding tube ... looks nasty
