Shelagh send me your bank details and i can make a refund asap. i havent been able to send it due to work commitments and just have not been anywhere near a post office.

As for the other guys i have proved postage on the water conditioner was made, as you are trusting me i am trusting royal mail i havent hear anything from the other guys with regards to the conditioner but i can certainly try and chase things up with royal mail and see what happened to them.

As you kept proof of postage you can claim up to £34 compensation per package from Royal Mail if they are lost in the post. There's a form on the RM website which explains everything - you do have to give them quite a while (can't remember the exact number of days) - but you should be able to get compensation from RM and then refund the buyers

i do appreciate that you have proof of postage but i think its just a bit odd that 2 out of the 3 packages you sent the water treatment in have gone missing.

With regards to the water conditioner, had this been ebay i would of supplied proof of postage and it would of been case closed but it would appear people are still doubting that i did not send them so to keep my name good and well ill refund the two bottles of water conditioner that did not turn up however i will not be refunding them until next friday in this time i will be calling royal mail and finding out what happened to the bottles

With your proof of delivery you will be able to get compensation of upto £34 per package from royal mail - so don't worry

Actually with ebay (paypal in fact) you have to supply proof of delivery (not postage), this is done via recorded or special delivery. It is in fact the sellers responsiblity, if the goods do not turn up, the seller refunds the buyer and claims from RM. Obviously this isnt ebay, but surely the same principle should apply here too.

Im just a little miffed when i have 3 receipts for items all sent the same weight clearly showing on the receipt and then people still questioning weather or not i actually sent them when infact i did.
