Hi all 3 bottles of water conditioner have been posted they were sent out thursday and friday via first class royal mail i have receipts of this and will get a pic posted of these.

With regards to heaters i have already contacted doktordoris and your refund is in your paypal, have not been able to contact shelaghfishface as her inbox is full if you can please contact me with refund details please i will send you a message and sort out doing so

For those that paid via PP, you can start a dispute to get back your money, unfortunately for those who paid cash there isnt much you can do, however, if you sent cash/cheque/PO, you do have an address.

havent heard anything from him since the last message on here, im ever so annoyed as these transactions go on trust, i paid cash ( and he aknowlegded getting it)so not a lot of hope, but ill think twice before buying from here agian now
