Fancy bettas in northern virginia (USA)?

Looking for fancy bettas but I don't want to pay a million dollars to ship them in from thailand. Anybody know a place in northern virginia/dc/maryland or thereabouts that sells fancy bettas? Maybe chinatown if nothing else? If none of these, what about anywhere in america; at least shipping would be considerably less in that case?
