Hey everyone!
Well... my 3 shovelnose are on a set feeding schedule, but I guess one of them needed a midnight snack.
So... after 4 months of growing my gar and power feeding to grow they took one down. 
The worst part... the long beek like mouth the needlenose gar have didn't digest..
so yesterday I found the remains of his long mouth in the tank.
Oh well... I was shocked because they gar and not fat, but 2/3 the size of the cats. It was a "Can you believe that!" moment.
