Okay, so the external hardware on my computer (it holds all my music) is normally on the F drive. Today I was going to add an album to iTunes, and I normally listen to songs when I put an album on, but nothing would play. Turns out my external hardware decided it wanted to switch the the G drive. I tried everything to get it back. I unplugged it, I took out all USB drives, everything, still on the G. So now I have to re-load all of my music on, which is a pain, cause I have a lot. Hopefully someone will know, but is there a way to change it back the the F drive?

Right click my computer, and then click manage. Select disk management. You will now see a list of drives. Right click the exturnal hard drive, and select change drive letter and paths... click change and then select F. That should fix it. Sometimes you need to reboot to apply the changes, but not often.

Check that another drive hasn't become F, or you will need to change that drive letter first, to allow you to change the exturnal drive back :good:
