The members has decided that the May 2010 theme competition will be for sleeping pets.

In this competition, you do not have to be nominated or seconded... merely place your picture (of your (or a pic taken by you of a) sleeping pet) in this thread and it is automatically entered into the competition. Entries can be placed till 15/05/10, and voting will commence on 16th to 31st May 2010.......Let it roll folks!

This is a photo of my cats in the same year I was born, 1988. Sammy was the male Tabby and White and Doodle was the female Tortoiseshell on the right.

Doodly was hit by a drunk drive right outside our house when she and i were 11, it was heart breaking, i was the one who put her out for the night!! I still have feelings of it being my fault!!

Sammy was put to sleep at the age of 16 after all his organs started failing and i had been hand feeding him coley (sp) fish 4 times a day (even though im allergic to fish!!) but he wasnt getting better, he hated being a house cat, wanted to be outside and he couldnt get out or in and that was it really...

There was 6 of us plus vet and the vet let my mum inject him, even the vet cried!

These cats were the best things in my life... will try and find the cute photo of me when i was sick asleep with Sammy, he was bigger then me!!

Having just read the full edition of the Operating systems for Dos 3.3... is a tiring business!!!... a cat must have his nap after that!!!... Snolla sleeping.
