Endler's Live Bearer

From what I've heard they aren't. I REALLY want to get some Endler's :D I think they are awesome looking

no they are not aggressive and yes they would be fine in a 10 gal.
what elce have you got in there. i think i nice school of 4 or 5 would look nice.
but it just depend on what you have in there
my petstore does them for 99p btw lol

They are not aggressive at all. I kept some in a community tank with neons, minnows and Harlequins and they were fine.

I think I paid about £5 for 6 from Maidenhead Aquatics. If they don't have any, they will usually order some in.
I'm sure I've seen someone advertise them on here before but I can't remember who.

How much is that in US Currency? In any event that dosen't sound too expensive.

Endler's are lovely. They are extremely close relatives of guppies. I'm sure there's lots of info. in the common livebearers section of the forums.

Anyway, I posted to let you know that the £1 = $1.96 approx. :)

I have 3 kinda pure endler, very beatuiful fish, some will have their baby soon

i've read that they are near enough guppies in wild form they can defo bredd with guppies :good:

They can indeed cross breed with normal Guppy's but then you have hybrids...some peeps think these are lovely some other peeps hate this as you are not keeping the line pure...

I also had 14 pure Endlers....within 5 months I had more than 100 !!! These guys are the rabbits of the aquarium...you have been warned

Fun and cute fish...but the males really do not let up on the females at all...24/7 so you the best is to keep them in a ratio of at least 1 male with every 2 females or they can be harrased to death
