What should I put in my empty ten gallon?

Well I've got 8 neon tetras and 3 platies along with an eyespot rasbora and its a great little community tank. Also thinking (with a backup plan) of adding a male betta to round it off. But I guess its whatever you really want.

I think ill go with 8 tetras and 3 smaller cories. Are neon tetras hard to take care of? Oh and maybe a platy or 2

Get 6 corys that are easy to breed, bronze, albino, or peppered come to mind. Feed them good & do plenty of cool water changes when they get a little older. Once they spawn, grow out the fry & sell them to fund a tank for that sailfin plec.

Well The tank is for my brother and he wants tetras and cories. Also Im getting the new tank around christmas time so my sailfin will have a bigger tank soon thanks for the concern though
