I just got a brand new tank and an Emperor 280 Filter. I put the filter in the tank and plugged it in and its making some noise and the bio-wheel is spinning but I am not seeing any bubbles in the tank. If you are familiar with the emperor 280 and can help please help!!!!!!!!!!!
