Each day i keep waking up and i see one more baby guppy dead for no reason does any one have the same problem or any one know what to do please for the baby guppies sake.

Fry can be very sensitive. They need a lot of food and that can be hard on the water conditions. Sudden ammonia or nitrite spikes could kill them easily.

Om thanks for your help...

I had same problem. I had 6 guppy fry in a net breeder. I was feeding the crushed flakes three times a day. I don't think the flakes were the best thing to feed them. No matter how small I crushed them they still seemed pretty big compared to the fry. Next time I'm going to try specialized fry food. They have liquid and powder varieties available. What are you feeding yours and how often?

Hi MOE
i done what i was told to i feed them on a liquid food for the first few days of there lifes and then i gave them baby food.
This is what i cant work out why they do die.
Because i have 88 baby fry from mollies to a platy guppies etc and i have not had any problem with them but these are the new lot and they die 1 by 1 do you no anything else i could do thanks for your help.

I feel your pain, Guppy Mad. Are the fry from an established female? Sometimes fry are just genetically fragile and die off, regardless of care.

Your tank is completely cycled, right?
