Emergency 20 Gallon Long Emergency Upgrade with Stargate

Well after attempting to tank the decor in the tank in a new direction I discovered a seepage in the old 10 gallon tank. So here is the result of a hasty upgrade and it is still a work in progress:

Needed something to calm down my Neons and there were no other neons available in my area, so these worked:

You need a picture on the back of the tank to help the fish feel safer.

A darker substrate would help too but means changing it over.

Adding some floating plants like Water Sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides/ cornuta) would definitely help them feel more relaxed and you wouldn't have to change the substrate. More plants in the tank would also help.

Unfortunately the Flame didn't make it. So after waiting for a month to make sure everything checked out I picked up a Honey Gourami:
