Electric yellow chiclid in trouble

My yellow lab over the past 2 weeks has started swimming weird. It started with him vertically swimming fin clamped on one side with what looked like a red bruise under his scales. That went and he still swims vertically then the same happened on the other side fin clamped and red blotch similar to a bruise. That went too now he is still swimming vertically nose up and he looks like his losing scales.
Water is changed weekly and salt added in right quantity. Can you tell me what's wrong. Photo and video attached.
