the tank is 100x40x40cm

also included is a eheim professional 2 external filter,a eheim water heater and lastly a tetratec ap 100 air pump.
this equipment is 2 years old but has been sitting,un used at my parents since i moved out over a year ago and upgraded to a made to order marine tank with sump etc.

i am able to deliver if we can come to an agreement over this,e.g. distance etc.if you think your too far away please check and ill see what i can do.

Hmm...i'm jostling with my head if it will be too much flow for my 20gallon. I know the minnows would love it but not sure about cories and gourami.

do some looking into it by all means but i had it on this tank with cories and gourami's in it and they were fine.
what are you useing at the momment?

Just a fluval internal....4+ i think..

Fluval 4+ is a pretty hefty filter. I'm too lazy to look up flow rates, but thats probably the easiest way to tell how much of a difference it'll be.

you want to aim for around 10x filtration for a planted tank so for a normal tank say 7 or 8x.
so for me, for my 240l i would want filters with a flow of 2400lph. so 2 tetratecs. IMO you can never have to much filtration and flow will be fine, as long as it isnt a whilpool.

Externals filters say they have a wonderful turnover lph but normally when tested are only putting out half, so when i say 10X you will normally be getting 5x which is fine.
