Let's start this up again as I am having similar problems. Any conclusions people?

I'm thinking dirty pipes and how to clean them (on the filter, not me! )

my freind had the same problem make sure you have the plasic plate on top of the white filter pad

not the white filter pad on top of the plate my freind inpeller was sucking in the white filter pad makeing it slow down

To clean filter pipes use a hose connector to attach the hoses to a garden hose and turn the tap on full blast to jet out any gunk in the pipe.
