thats easey.
firstly the Eheim will run more flow than the fluval, probably about 30% more.
secondly, if you use Eheim media, its far more efficient. both for flow rate and bio filtration.
finally the Eheims will, probably, last for 20 years, at least!
there is a reason people view Eheim as the best. thats because on balance, they are!!!
@OP:
personally I'd look for two Pro 2 2028's they would be SH and it may cost a penny or two for any media you need. but you weill be able to foget them.
apart from a 6-9 month cleaning cycle.
or a single PRO3 2080 will do the trick very well.
I'm far from sure Eheim have sorted the problems with the new PRO 3 filters. (after all it took several years to get the 2080 to the point where it was peerless in high flow filters.).
