Eheim Pro 3e 2078

Evening all.

Bought myself an eheim pro 3e today - I was not happy with the filtration from my juwel filter on my trigon 350.

I am hoping to see a difference in the level of floating particles. Time will tell. Running it in parallel with the juwel for now.

I don't seem to be able to get the stream function to work. Follow instructions but it doesn't happen ! Any ideas?

No ideas on the stream as I do not have one but I would be interested to hear what you think of this filter once it has settled in. Can you tell me if you have found it noisy or deadly silent so far?

It is very quiet. It has been running for about 8 hours and i'm sure the water is clearer already.

My only gripe is its difficult to maneuver when full!

All i need now is co2 to ward off the hair algae!

Press the S button until the bottom yellow triangle flash's. The press simultaneously both the plus and minus buttons. Stream function will then begin working changing flow every 10 seconds.

The difference in water clarity is amazing and everything and more than i'd hoped for - crystal clear with very,very little free floating particles.

100% reccommend this filter so far.

All I need now is to get my Co2 system on order!
