my 2215+ arrived today i am having a problem fitting the pipework onto the spray bar..... the pipe that comes from the filter up to the tank, how does it get to the spray bar without kinking? all i got in the box are 1 x elbow to fit pipe into (plastic green) and 1 x elbow (plastic green/see through) i guess that the elbow that the pipe fits in is to curve the pipe over the back of the tank, which works but when the green/see through elbow is connected it does not end up near the spray bar without kinking....

am i having a moment or has anyone else had this prolem?

You connect the spray bar one side and the filter pipe to the other. Pretty obvious assuming you have this part. My 2075 came with one.

you dont get a shepherds crook with a classic...

just sorted it anyway, just dont use the elbow that the pipe sits inside. simples!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been told by my LFS who do quite a few Eheim bits that the hose will weaken/soften over time at tropical temperatures, which without the elbow will cause a kink to form. YMMV.

but i was getting a kink with the elbow and the pipes brand new.....
