Eheim 2232 Vs. Penguin Bio-wheel 200

I can buy a eheim 2232 slightyl used for 25$ plus shipping. I currently have a penguin bio-wheel 200 on my 29 gallon tank. the penguin is 200gph and the eheim I think is 135gph. Now since it's a cansister filter would it be better to buy it and sell my penguin or should I stick with my penguin?
